Registration process and other important information

When registering, you should use your email address and a password to have access to the secure user area, which will allow you to make your registration.

In order to submit an abstact, you will need to pre-register. For the pre-registration no payment will be required, but your registration in PORSEC 2016 will only become effective after payment has been confirmed.

Please make sure that the informed email address is correct, since all the information regarding the event will be sent to it.

Payment of International registrations should be made through credit card. The registration rate will depend on the Real (brazilian currency) exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Participants registering as “students” are required to attach an updated document from the attending institution proving that they are enrolled in a undergraduate/graduate program. These documents will be evaluated before confirming the registration category. An email will be sent confirming the “student” participant category after the documentation is analyzed.

Payment receipts will be provided on the PORSEC website upon payment confirmation. If you need any more information on that, contact divulgacao2@arxeventos.com.br.

Printed certificates of attendance will be provided upon request. They will become available online 2 weeks after the event.

Registration is non-transferrable. No-show cases will not be eligible for a refund. Only the registrant may receive the event material on site, upon presenting a photo ID.

The full registration fee includes admission to all sessions, talks, opening and closing ceremony, and coffee breaks between November 07 and November 11, 2016. Badges will be provided on site. Optional events such as PIRATA Bar and Gala Dinner are not included. Abstracts will be available on line.

Registered participants may register accompanying persons. Any registered accompanying persons will not have access to any of the scientific sessions.

Registration for the Tutorial will be made sepparately through an online form. The tutorial will take place on the campus of the Federal University of Ceará, between November 03 and 07, 2016, and will be free of charge and the selection process will be based on CV analysis.

Registrations can be cancelled up until 07 October 2016 by writing to divulgacao2@arxeventos.com.br. An administration fee of 20% will be deducted from the amount paid. After that deadline, no refunds will be made.

After October 30th, new registrations will only be available on site.

Forma de pagamento para participantes do Brasil (for brazilian participants only):

O pagamento de inscrições nacionais deverá será feito exclusivamente através de boleto bancário e de acordo com os valores e datas-limite definidos nas tabelas de taxas de inscrição. O boleto bancário é gerado através do site do evento, no momento da inscrição, e poderá ser parcelado.

O pagamento pode ser feito em qualquer agência ou via internet banking, até a data de vencimento. Após o vencimento, solicite 2ª (segunda) via através da Secretaria Executiva - divulgacao2@arxeventos.com.br ou na sua área de usuário que deverá ser acessada com e-mail e senha cadastrado durante o preenchimento da ficha de inscrição.

Inscrições por empenho devem ser comunicadas à Secretaria Executiva através do email divulgacao2@arxeventos.com.br.

Caso não receba a confirmação on-line de pagamento em 3 dias úteis, entrar em contato por e-mail divulgacao2@arxeventos.com.br e enviar seu comprovante de pagamento para que possamos verificar qualquer problema junto ao banco.

Após 24 de outubro de 2016, novas inscrições serão realizadas somente no evento, por cartão de crédito e débito.
